Questions
about pricing
Which pass should I pick?
Pick by the size of the project. Room ($9) is for getting one room right, Multi-Room ($19) for about three rooms that belong together, and Home ($39) for the whole place. If you outgrow your pass, what you paid counts toward a bigger one.
Is this a subscription?
No. Room, Multi-Room and Home are one-time payments. Nothing renews, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first room is free and only needs an account. Archie shows you the passes when you ask for more than the free room includes.
What happens if I use everything in my pass?
Archie tells you when a request needs more than your pass has left, and never before. From Room or Multi-Room you can move up and keep everything you made. On Home, write to us at brady@usearchie.com and we will talk it through.
Can I upgrade my pass?
Yes. Eligible net payments count once toward a bigger pass within 90 days of your original purchase, in the same currency. What you have used carries forward into the larger total. The new creation window starts when the upgrade is fulfilled; the credit window does not restart.
What happens when my pass ends?
Everything you made stays: concepts, edits, product links and 3D models. You can open them whenever you like. New design work needs an active pass, and Archie only asks when you start some.
Is there a plan for designers or commercial projects?
Not as a self-serve pass yet. Archie Pro is in early access for designers and other pros, and we set up business spaces such as studios and hotels with each owner. Write to brady@usearchie.com and tell us what you are working on.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us at brady@usearchie.com and tell us what happened. The same goes if you were charged twice.
