The product

Archie is still evolving. We may add, change, pause or remove features as we learn. Your first room is free and needs no card. To keep going after that, you can buy a pass. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose a pass and pay for it.

Passes and payment

Room provides 30 days, Multi-Room 90 days, and Home 6 monthsof creation access for personal household use. Paid usage is shared across your rooms, photos and angles, with no room-count restriction: the one room, three rooms and whole home the passes are named for are a guide to their size, not a limit. Each pass is a one-time payment that starts when you buy it, ends on its own and never renews. Current prices are on our pricing page. A private offer we make to you, such as an early-tester offer, may have its own price and length; what checkout shows you is what you get.

Prices in euros and pounds include VAT. Prices in US and Canadian dollars are before sales tax or GST, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, charges and files the tax, and issues your receipt. Stripe's own buyer terms apply to the payment alongside these terms. We never see or store your card details.

Exact included design images, combined 3D operations, catalog runs and web sourcing passes are available in “What’s included” before purchase and in your account. Paid allowances are additional to the free trial. An image edit counts as one image; a 3D build, AI edit or rebuild counts as one 3D operation. Failed outputs do not count. Catalog and web safeguards have a support path; saved results remain available. Image or 3D limits may offer an eligible upgrade. Home extensions are discussed with support and are not automatic.

Eligible net payment in the same currency counts once toward an upgrade within 90 days of the original purchase. Paid usage carries forward; an upgrade expands the total rather than resetting it. The upgraded creation window starts at fulfillment, without restarting the credit window. A fresh same-tier purchase after expiry starts a new paid allowance at full price and does not reissue the trial. Previously purchased passes retain their purchased terms.

When a pass ends, or if it is refunded, you can no longer start new work under it, but everything you made stays in your account.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

If Archie isn't right for you, write to brady+support@usearchie.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason. After that, or for later purchases, we refund where a pass did not work as described, and we look at anything else case by case. Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Stripe.

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law usually gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. A pass starts as soon as you buy it, so once you begin using it that right may be limited, as the law allows for digital services; Stripe, as the seller of record, applies the rules for your country at checkout. Whatever that legal position, the refund promise above still applies to your first purchase.

If you dispute a payment with your bank, the pass stays usable while the dispute is open. If the payment is reversed, the pass ends for new work.

Accounts

You need an account to use Archie beyond the public website. Keep your login secure and do not share your account. Do not misuse the service, try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, bypass its safeguards or use it for anything illegal.

Your content

You must have the right to use anything you upload. You keep ownership of your photos, briefs, comments and other content. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve Archie, including through the providers described in our Privacy policy.

Generated designs

You may use Archie's outputs for your own home project and share them with people helping you, such as a designer, builder or retailer. AI-generated ideas, images and 3D models can contain errors and may not be unique. Check important details and third-party rights before relying on, publishing or using an output commercially.

Not a substitute for professional advice

Archie's images and 3D models are planning aids for exploring ideas. They are not measured surveys, construction documents, structural or electrical plans, or safety advice. Before buying materials, ordering furniture, or starting any work, check real dimensions, materials, product specifications, and technical or safety feasibility yourself, or with a qualified professional.

Shopping

Suggested products may resemble rather than exactly match a generated design. Confirm current price, availability, dimensions, materials, delivery and suitability with the retailer before buying. Archie does not sell the products it suggests and is not a party to your purchase. Your transaction is with the retailer under its terms, pricing and returns policy. We do not currently receive affiliate commission from these links.

Archie’s content and software

Except for your content and third-party materials, the Archie website, software, branding, design and editorial content are owned by Brady Burke EI or used under licence. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the service and its outputs as described here, but you may not copy, resell or exploit the service itself without our permission.

Availability

Archie is an evolving service. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where practical, we will give notice of a material planned interruption.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where applicable law does not allow it. Within those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using Archie, or for decisions made by relying on generated designs, dimensions, shopping suggestions or third-party retailer information without the checks described above. You remain responsible for professional, safety and purchasing decisions.

Ending your use

You can stop using Archie at any time. To close your account and request deletion of your data, email brady+support@usearchie.com. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms or puts Archie or other people at risk. Where appropriate, we will explain why.

Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, write to brady+support@usearchie.com first and we will try to put it right.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

Changes

We may update Archie and these terms as the service develops. A change never alters a pass you have already bought: it keeps the terms it was sold under. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, for example by email or an in-product notice, before they take effect when practical. If you continue using Archie after the effective date, the updated terms will apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using Archie and close your account.
