Help buyers see how the home could work for them.
Archie is AI design for agents. Show buyers what an empty, dated or awkward room could become for them.

Could this feel cosy, not empty?
Warm clay walls, cream linen and walnut. The bay window, the fireplace and the floorboards are the ones they will see at the viewing.
Furniture and finishes from retailers buyers already know
Answer the questions buyers ask at the viewing.
“Could this work as a family living room?” “Would it feel less formal with our things in it?” Show them in the real room, from the photo you already have, so they can tell whether the home works for them.
- Possibilities from one listing photo
- Empty, dated or awkward rooms
- Windows, floors and fireplace kept true to the viewing

Could this work as a family living room? We would keep the fireplace.
CAdapt it to the buyer in front of you.
They like the sage room, but they have two children and a dog. Say so in a sentence. Archie changes the scheme and keeps the room, so the buyer sees their version of this home rather than a stranger’s.
- Changes in plain words
- The room stays as it is
- One version per buyer, kept with the listing
We have two kids and a dog. Darker, and nothing too precious.

Help sellers decide what to refresh before listing.
The spare room photographs as an empty box. Walk the seller through a light refresh in their own room: one painted wall, a rug, a desk and two shelves. They see it before they spend, and leave with the list.
- The seller’s own room, refreshed
- A weekend of changes, not a renovation
- A shopping list to hand over
Light refresh before the photos. Make it read as a study. Nothing structural.

Questions
How is this different from AI virtual staging?
Staging makes one picture for the listing, styled for nobody in particular, and AI images can drift from the real room: a window moves, a wall disappears. Archie works from your photo and keeps the architecture, so the concept matches the viewing. Then it goes further than a picture: adapt the room to the buyer asking, show how they could furnish it with real pieces and prices, and help sellers decide what to change before listing.
Can I use the images in a listing?
They are design concepts, not photographs of the property. If you use one in marketing, label it as a virtually styled concept and follow your local listing rules.
Can Archie tell a seller which upgrades add value?
No. Archie helps people see and plan a room, and gives a shopping list with prices. Questions of value and pricing stay with you and your market knowledge.
How does the closing gift work?
You give your buyers a Home pass, which covers every room in their new home for six months. We set up the codes with you on the call.
What does it cost?
We are working with a small group of founding partners and set pricing with each one on the call, based on how you would use Archie. You can also try one room for free first.
Are my photos and projects private?
Your photos and designs live in your account. We never put a client’s space in our marketing or show it to other customers without asking you first.
Show your next buyer the home they could have.
Thirty minutes, one of your listings, and a closing gift worth giving.
